Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand onsite installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience, with technical school or formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone or iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, reckless/careless driving, or license suspension).
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Use blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units using appropriate hand tools.
