Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Manager Training Services and Training Managers through review of training authorisations (TCAs), licence renewals, and prerequisite assessments.
  • •Be the key link between clients, Account Executives, Planning, and Training teams to deliver seamless, compliant training solutions.
  • •Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement, clear communication, and exceptional service.
  • •Lead and support a team of training administrators and instructor records specialists.
  • •Ensure all instructors are fully authorised, qualified, and aligned to fleet and regulatory requirements.
