Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate cases quickly and efficiently, analyzing bad actor behavior and building subject matter expertise in compliance investigations.
  • •Protect Twilio customers and consumers by identifying bad actors and non-compliant activity, taking daily action to stop abuse while minimizing false positives.
  • •Identify trends and root causes, then recommend preventative solutions to stop bad actors from being successful.
  • •Use call detail records and aggregate traffic data to identify patterns and decide on a set list of actions.
  • •Resolve urgent issues impacting businesses, carriers, and consumers, and provide customer support via email.
