Key Responsibilities

  • •Review project-specific scope of work and relevant information/specifications for mechanical completion execution.
  • •Request qualified engineers and supervisors, and ensure adequate equipment, tools, and consumables for mechanical completion activities.
  • •Coordinate with fabrication coordinators on schedules and potential cost impact; coordinate with HSE officers on task risk assessment implementation.
  • •Prepare and identify mechanical completion inspection and test records required in PIMS; develop mechanical completion execution plans, strategies, and procedures.
  • •Supervise mechanical completion and discipline engineers; allocate budget and estimated person-hours, define systems limits, and prepare the mechanical completion management system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • •8+ years of experience with hookup and commissioning activities for the offshore O&G industry.
  • •Experience using PIMS completion management system, punch list, preservation management, and handover process.
  • •Experience coordinating with EPC, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and the fabrication team to achieve system completions certificates and handover.
  • •Maintain high standards of safe working practices, quality, productivity, and compliance with the code of business conduct.
