Job Summary

Build applied AI products by wiring frontier models and existing AI agents into real workflows across a staffing marketplace. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end product surfaces, from frontend UX to backend distributed systems and APIs, and help architect core systems like real-time matching and autonomous vetting pipelines. Partner closely with product/design and the CTO, mentoring other engineers as you ship scalable automation and platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply existing agents and frontier models across the stack to automate worker vetting, matching, and fulfillment.
•Lead frontend and backend development and mentor other engineers.
•Architect and build core systems including real-time matching, autonomous vetting pipelines, distributed systems, and APIs.
•Own product surfaces end to end and partner closely with product and design.
•Partner with the CTO on architecture and roadmap to build the platform the company runs on.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years across frontend and backend development with TypeScript, React/React Native, and Node.js or Python.
•Strong experience with APIs, distributed systems, PostgreSQL, and messaging systems (Kafka or RabbitMQ).
•Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI agents into real products, including prompting/tool wiring and evals.
•A track record of shipping scalable, performant applications in fast, ambiguous, early-stage environments.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver reliable automation across the stack rather than focusing on orchestration internals.
