Supervise team activities on shift to ensure standards for people, product, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experience are met. Lead by example in hospitality and respond promptly to guest needs and service complaints. Enforce Tim Hortons operating standards, manage shift cash procedures, keep documentation up to date, and oversee health & safety practices while supporting sales during busy periods.
