Key Responsibilities

  • •Launch and drive adoption for our one-click DR initiative, turning disaster recovery into a productized experience for customers.
  • •Define the future of real-time stream sharing across organizations, including its security model, networking, access controls, and scalability across use cases.
  • •Power migration capabilities allowing customers to move to Confluent with a few clicks or API calls and define the migration path as a competitive advantage.
  • •Segment and re-package Cluster Linking to address Disaster Recovery, migrations, data sharing, and cross-cloud replication with clear pricing and packaging dynamics.
  • •Partner with the engineering manager to make fast, informed tradeoffs and keep the product moving forward

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 163,900 - 192,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, ideally in infrastructure, data platforms, or cloud products, with shipped technical products and measurable outcomes
  • •Genuine interest in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure; willingness to engage with technical depth
  • •A results-driven mindset; ability to coordinate with sellers, cross-functional teams, and leadership to push initiatives
