Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and deliver data analytics projects for Visa clients as part of the VCA Data Science team.
  • •Drive credit card portfolio strategies using client data and other sources (e.g., Visa data and third-party data).
  • •Accountable for delivery and implementation of analytics strategies and high-impact solutions for clients.
  • •Advocate for analytics internally and externally by advising teams and sharing best practices and case studies.
  • •Explore new methodologies and challenge assumptions about data sources, analytics partners, tools, talent, and infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •4-5 years of analytics experience applying statistical solutions to business problems.
  • •Experience in credit cards and/or retail banking analytics.
  • •Hands-on experience with one or more data analytics/programming tools such as SAS, Hadoop, R, SQL, Python, or Hive.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
