Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver end-to-end architecture, design, and recommendations for solutions for large BFSI customer accounts using Cisco technologies.
•Develop tailored and innovative solutions to optimize customer infrastructure and align to strategic objectives.
•Understand regulated BFSI business challenges and apply relevant guidelines and regulations in solution design.
•Discover business problems and translate them into POCs and demos with clearly articulated success criteria.
•Create consumable documentation and deliver engaging workshops to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of technology presales experience in routing & switching, software-defined networking, data center networking, cloud security, or network performance/observability.
•Strong understanding of SDN, SD-WAN/SDWAN, and SASE technologies.
•Ability to create detailed documentation and deployment methodologies for large-scale branch networking, private cloud infrastructure, and network/cloud security solutions.
•Experience designing tailored solutions for enterprise customers, including real-world examples that demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
•Bachelor of engineering (ECE/CS) or equivalent, with technical certifications in networking/security/cloud (preferred).
