Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide service to customers and vendors by managing rentals with excellent communication, responsiveness, and efficient pick-ups and deliveries.
  • •Own inventory and support the warehouse floor with clear communication about order/equipment changes and effective resolution of unexpected challenges.
  • •Maintain best-practice workflow with timely, accurate inventory levels and testing to minimize downtime and ensure equipment quality.
  • •Process film and television equipment package orders, source and negotiate sub-rentals, and drive orders through to timely payment completion.
  • •Ensure customer and billing files are accurate, including main packages, add-ons, exchanges, POs, sub-rentals, missing/damaged equipment, and returns.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years overseeing production support services within the Film and Television industry.
  • •2+ years working with and supporting multiple stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
  • •2+ years using inventory management systems and supporting warehouse needs.
  • •Experience with RTPro (asset management software/billing system) is preferred.
  • •Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented and responsive.
