Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion managed services operations, including incident management, service requests, and system optimization.
•Establish and enforce ITIL-based service management frameworks; ensure client SLAs and internal KPIs are met.
•Oversee ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion, OneStream) with technology delivery, QA, release governance, and IT SOX compliance.
•Lead cutover planning and boundary systems support, including transition plans, cross-functional coordination, data migration, testing/QA, and risk mitigation.
•Provide team leadership (coaching, performance evaluations, staffing/resource allocation) and continuous improvement via metrics analysis, automation, and root-cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree in Business, Product Management, Program Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•10+ years of progressive product and program management experience in technology.
•5+ years leading complex technology-driven transformation programs in large, global organizations.
•Experience implementing and leading programs involving Oracle Cloud Fusion (preferred) and Oracle Fusion/related ERP modules.
•Demonstrated experience guiding highly technical engineering teams and ensuring compliance (SOX/PCI-SOX/SOC/PCI-DSS) with familiarity with NIST/ISO27001 frameworks.
