Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion managed services operations, including incident management, service requests, and system optimization.
  • •Establish and enforce ITIL-based service management frameworks; ensure client SLAs and internal KPIs are met.
  • •Oversee ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion, OneStream) with technology delivery, QA, release governance, and IT SOX compliance.
  • •Lead cutover planning and boundary systems support, including transition plans, cross-functional coordination, data migration, testing/QA, and risk mitigation.

  • •10+ years of progressive product and program management experience in technology.
