Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and operational leadership for service offerings spanning semiconductor wafer fab tools and critical subsystems, including RF, Flow, and Process chambers.
  • •Engage directly with customers to identify value-driven requirements and translate them into product visions and service strategies.
  • •Drive development of tool ecosystems, including control, monitoring, analytics, and digital twin capabilities to improve performance and reliability.
  • •Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, field service, and product management to deliver integrated service solutions.
  • •Manage and influence in a matrix environment to align global teams and functions and deliver customer value and business results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 193,500 - 266,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Proven experience in semiconductor fabrication, either on the customer or supplier side.
  • •Strong technical background in wafer fab processes and subsystems, including hands-on knowledge of CVD processing, RF systems, Flow controls, and Process chambers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and functions to deliver integrated solutions.
  • •Matrix management experience to lead, influence, and align cross-functional teams.
