Lead TPM to drive cross-functional, cloud-focused programs on Mastercard’s AWS platform. Partner with engineering, product and business teams to define roadmaps, ensure on-time delivery, manage risks, and uphold security and governance across multi-account AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end execution of complex technical programs across the AWS platform ecosystem, from inception to delivery
•Define program goals, success metrics, and timelines aligned with platform strategy and priorities
•Develop and maintain the AWS platform roadmap, balancing stakeholder input and scarce resources
•Collaborate with platform engineers, architects, product managers, and business leaders to ensure seamless program execution
•Act as primary liaison between engineering teams and senior leadership, providing clear updates on status, risks, and dependencies

Key Requirements

•8-13 years of overall experience as a TPM or in a similar role, with a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within scope
•5+ years of technical program management experience, including at least 3 years in cloud or platform engineering
•Strong understanding of AWS services (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Control Tower) and ability to understand engineering challenges
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior leadership and executives
•Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban frameworks for program delivery
