Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customer and stakeholder relationships and coordinate internal and third-party resources to deliver projects flawlessly.
  • •Build and lead a virtual team across Customer Contacts, Fortinet Sales, Professional Services Engineers, and Technical Support.
  • •Ensure delivery on-time, within scope, and within budget while managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
  • •Perform project risk management, measure performance using appropriate tools/techniques, and report/escalate to management as needed.
  • •Own project financial operations including revenue recognition, invoicing/receivables, revenue forecasting, project profitability, and start-of-project legal documentation.
