Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Visioning: Assess and collaborate with CXOs and technology leaders to craft outcome-driven technology transformation visions, SMART objectives, green/brown field strategies, and program charters.
•Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Define, design, and govern the enterprise architecture (business, technical data, AI & security) leveraging TOGAF and Zachman to produce strategic blueprints.
•Feasibility & Modernization: Conduct detailed feasibility analyses (including 6R Modernization model) to define MVP-based roadmaps.
•Program Definition: Create business cases for multi-year programs, defining MVP-based roadmaps and wave-based rollouts via agile/waterfall/hybrid delivery.
•Compliance & Security: Ensure the strategic blueprint is regulatory-compliant and security-focused.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in IT with a minimum of 5 years in senior Data, AI/ML, or Enterprise Architecture roles
•Strong Data & AI architecture skills including end-to-end data, AI/ML, and GenAI with governance
•Proficiency in cloud and modern data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP; Hadoop/Spark; Snowflake/Databricks)
•Experience with data governance, KVKK/tTurkish regulations, and security controls
•Ability to define MVP-based roadmaps and deliver across agile/waterfall/hybrid delivery models
