Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 10–15 performance engineers across Europe, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
•Own delivery of multiple concurrent development and optimization projects with clear scope, timelines, and success criteria tied to benchmark performance improvements.
•Ensure consistent execution against milestones using clear tracking and reporting, balancing strategic initiatives with near-term deliverables.
•Guide the team in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and optimization strategies; translate insights with architecture and silicon teams.
•Collaborate with global SPE teams and partner with internal platform teams and external ISVs/ecosystem partners to improve real-world applications and benchmarks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 173,600 - 248,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on performance engineering or systems programming.
•3+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams.
•Strong technical background in C/C++ or systems-level programming.
•Experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques.
•Operating systems and modern CPU architecture concepts, plus a proven track record delivering complex engineering projects.
