•Own hiring end to end across all functions: run full-cycle recruiting for tech, product, design, and business roles from kickoff to close
•Source like it’s a craft: run outbound campaigns, build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, and leverage AI sourcing tools
•Be a real partner to hiring managers: co-create job descriptions and scorecards, train interviewers, run debriefs, and push back when needed
•Deliver a candidate experience that matches the bar we set: fast, honest, and specific journey; write meaningful rejections
•Contribute to building the TA function: help scale the team from 1 to 5 recruiters, shaping processes, tooling, and AI workflows

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 37,000 - 66,500 annually

Key Requirements

•First experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) and hands-on recruitment work
•Sales instinct and ability to hunt for strong candidates and move them
•High-bar mindset; comfortable with demanding, involved hiring managers and rejecting subpar candidates
•Curious and experimental about AI; hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflow
•Fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
