Key Responsibilities

  • •Dimensionner, établir et piloter la structure matière et le rétroplanning en fonction de la performance des collections et des objectifs du développement durable.
  • •Superviser l’équipe dans tout le processus de développement et assurer la tenue du rétroplanning et la fluidité des informations entre pôles.
  • •Maintenir une vision d’ensemble de la collection pour optimiser le plan matière et la cohérence du produit.
  • •Assurer le lien transversal entre les services ( achat, collection, studio et stock) et la passation des informations à chaque étape clé.
  • •Piloter les outils et les passations d’informations, et garantir la faisabilité industrielle des projets et le respect du budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have at least 10 years of experience in development of materials and components for fashion/ textile collections.
  • •Proven leadership of a large team (approximately 20 staff) and experience managing budgets and planning (retrospective and forward-looking).
  • •Strong ability to design and pilot material structures (plan matière, references, colors) and supervise development from concept to production.
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (studio, purchasing, collection, stock) and ensuring timely information flow and deadlines.
  • •Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., PLM, M3) and ensuring regulatory/compliance alignment (Reach, innocuité) during development.
