Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations, including lot and equipment dispositions to maintain continuous production flow and minimize cycle time.
  • •Support manufacturing ramps by executing equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs).
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods and procedures to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and product quality.
  • •Implement project or improvement plans covering efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and new product/process improvements.
  • •Collect data, perform simulation and on-silicon verification of OPC models/recipes, and provide SRAF design optimization feedback to the RET team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering degree.
  • •3 years of engineering experience in a Semiconductor Fab environment within Photolithography.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Experience with Source Mask Optimization (SMO) and SRAF optimization.
  • •Programming experience in Unix.
