Job Summary

Lead and coordinate MEP design and construction for industrial/manufacturing/hospitality projects in Ciudad Juarez. Manage on-site execution, ensure compliance with Mexican standards, develop and control reports, and oversee contractor performance and commissioning activities while coordinating with clients and design teams.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze electromechanical and special installations to ensure they meet technical specifications and Mexican legislation norms.
•Elaborate and control reports and monitor the qualification of contractor craftsmen, recommending actions for improvement.
•Involve direct day-to-day monitoring of MEP on-site work and coordinate with site teams.
•Lead project meetings with clients, issue written communications, minutes, and reports.
•Review and participate in design reviews and bid evaluation processes.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Project Manager coordinating MEP design and construction on Industrial / Manufacturing / Hospitality projects.
•Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
•Experience with Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Automation Systems
•Commissioning experience is required
•Fluent in English and Spanish to be able to lead project team meetings, issue written communications, minutes and reports, lead client meetings
