Paralegal

Join the legal team as an experienced in-house paralegal supporting a wide range of matters, including corporate matters, commercial contracting, compliance, dispute resolution, data privacy, employment law, immigration, and intellectual property. You’ll review and draft contractual terms, edit legal correspondence, process vendor invoices, manage compliance filings, conduct legal research, coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel, and help implement legal department processes.
