Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement advanced solutions using large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
•Own end-to-end solution creation and drive research to stay current with GenAI/LLM developments.
•Develop and maintain code libraries, tools, and frameworks supporting generative AI development.
•Participate in code reviews and contribute to high code quality standards.
•Engage across the software development lifecycle from design and testing to deployment and maintenance, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on Python skills and strong core GenAI skills evaluated during interviews.
•Experience designing and implementing solutions using large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
•Hands-on NLP experience across classification, topic modeling, Q&A/chatbots, search, Document AI, summarization, and content generation.
•Familiarity with open-source LLM tooling and techniques including TensorFlow/PyTorch, Hugging Face, quantization, finetuning (PEFT), RLHF, and GPU utilization.
•Education in Computer Science (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech) or a related technical degree (or equivalent).
