Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, audit, and protect the executive’s calendar aligned to quarterly objectives, OKRs, and priorities.
  • •Triaging incoming meeting requests and ensuring the executive is prepared with pre-reads, agendas, and briefing materials 24–48 hours in advance.
  • •Coordinate across the C-Staff EA network and serve as a trusted liaison to stakeholders including board members and external partners.
  • •Plan end-to-end complex international and domestic travel, including contingency solutions and itinerary adjustments.
  • •Maintain absolute discretion and lead executive event planning, with adaptive in-office support for critical C-staff and board-related activities.
