Job Summary

Support senior team members in managing client relationships and integrated communication programs, helping satisfy clients and generate new business. Key Responsibilities

•Participate in day-to-day execution of client activities under senior guidance and help manage client relationships and IC programs.
•Organize and join client brainstorm meetings and calls, asking informed questions and making creative recommendations.
•Draft status reports, campaign summary reports, and general account activity reports for clients.
•Support research and measurement methodologies and implement tools to support the account team’s IC programs.
•Assist with business development by conveying opportunities from social media and other channels and supporting case studies and new business proposals.

Key Requirements

•Stay updated on clients’ industries, competitors, and relevant press, marketing, and strategy documents.
•Draft high-quality, actionable client-facing communications such as status reports and account activity reports with minimal assistance.
•Use Burson proprietary tools (Digital Catalyst Cards and the Creative Catalyst Network) and support research and measurement activities for IC programs.
•Understand the media landscape and help develop and customize media lists for clients.
•Build relationships with media, influencers, and community contacts to optimize channels and support client value delivery.
