Cost Manager (m/f/d) CSA / MEP - Data Centers

Own cost and commercial management for data center projects across the full contract lifecycle. Prepare and maintain cost estimates, feasibility studies, procurement and tender documentation, and final accounts. Conduct cost checks, valuations, variance analysis, and change control support while presenting monthly post-contract cost reports to clients. Coordinate with clients and consultants throughout project stages and contribute to value engineering and best-practice cost estimating.
