Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial refrigeration, HVAC and facilities equipment to preserve critical temperatures and ensure reliability across the network. Lead root cause analyses, mentor technicians, and ensure GMP/OSHA/PSM compliance while coordinating with maintenance and vendors.
