Build and execute enforcement workflows on the account abuse team to keep products safe, with a focus on access controls and identity verification. Own the policy layer that defines what evidence is requested, when access is reinstated, and how cases are handled—including hard cases like geographic restrictions and reseller arrangements. Improve verification program health, run operational queues with contractors, and partner with Legal, Public Policy, and Privacy teams to stay proportionate and privacy-preserving as regulations evolve.
