Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and identify a high-performing broker portfolio through targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn InMails) and effective onboarding.
  • •Own day-to-day broker account management to ensure tasks required to support, price, and close new business are completed accurately and on time.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for partner brokers, providing proactive support, guidance, and expertise to win and retain customers.
  • •Support the pricing and contracting process, helping brokers structure competitive deals, gather customer information, and navigate supplier requirements.
  • •Maintain detailed records and collaborate cross-functionally (operations, pricing, and supplier partners) to deliver a smooth experience from quote to completed contract.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •1+ year of experience in Sales Support, Account Management Support, Business Administration, or a similar office-based role.
  • •Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong administrative follow-through.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interact with brokers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to organize data and track activity.
