Job Summary

Support emergency communications across 100+ military installations by keeping Giant Voice (GV) and Audio-Visual Notification Systems (AVNS) operational. You’ll install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain field hardware and associated software/processes, respond to incidents to meet SLA/KPI targets, and train end-users. Work closely with PM/Lead and partner teams while documenting fixes and technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, install, support, and repair GV/AVNS/LMR tools and equipment in field or client locations, including maintenance and testing.
•Provide sustainment and repair operations for the Army’s Giant Voice and Audio-Visual Notification Systems, including hardware/software/process management.
•Deliver incident management services aligned to SLA metrics and program KPIs for GV, AVNS, and related hardware/software issues.
•Document, coordinate, and troubleshoot reported incidents and technical questions from emergency responders.
•Train end-users on resolution steps and maintain service/training manuals and standard operating procedures.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 80,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•DoD Secret Clearance is required (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
•High school or GED equivalent plus 3-5 years of related experience.
•Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) Emergency Management systems such as Giant Voice (Federal Signal, Whelen, American Signal, ATI, Cooper Wheelock, etc.) or Land Mobile Radio (Motorola, Kenwood, Harris) and related technical equipment.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills; must be able to lift 70 lbs.
