Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support store goals through education on products, in-store promotions, and events.
  • •Assist in multiple store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Execute daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown, loyalty program promotions, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and collaborate with store management to improve personal performance indicators (KPIs) through sales-driven techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess at least O Level or above.
