Job Summary

Own Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) to align raw and packaging supply with production schedules and demand plans. Monitor inventory against safety stock, reorder points, and expiry risk, escalating shortages and assessing impact on finished product availability. Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers, Production Planning, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, and Warehouse to keep material flow on track. Maintain SAP material master data and planning parameters, support S&OP meetings with dashboards and KPIs, and ensure GMP/GDP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to align material supply with production schedules and demand plans.
•Ensure continuous availability of raw and packaging materials to prevent stock-outs and production interruptions.
•Monitor inventory vs. safety stock, reorder points, and expiry risks; take proactive actions and escalate critical shortages.
•Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers, Production Planning, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, and Warehouse to ensure smooth material flow.
•Maintain accurate SAP material master data and planning parameters; prepare KPIs/dashboards and support S&OP/supply review meetings while driving continuous improvement and ensuring GMP/GDP compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
•3–5 years of experience in Materials Planning or Supply Planning, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
•Hands-on experience with SAP (MRP, material master, procurement integration).
•Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and dashboards.
•Experience with inventory management, shortage handling, and supplier coordination; knowledge of batch tracking and expiry management is required.
