Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to align material supply with production schedules and demand plans.
  • •Ensure continuous availability of raw and packaging materials to prevent stock-outs and production interruptions.
  • •Monitor inventory vs. safety stock, reorder points, and expiry risks; take proactive actions and escalate critical shortages.
  • •Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers, Production Planning, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, and Warehouse to ensure smooth material flow.
  • •Maintain accurate SAP material master data and planning parameters; prepare KPIs/dashboards and support S&OP/supply review meetings while driving continuous improvement and ensuring GMP/GDP compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in Materials Planning or Supply Planning, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP (MRP, material master, procurement integration).
  • •Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and dashboards.
  • •Experience with inventory management, shortage handling, and supplier coordination; knowledge of batch tracking and expiry management is required.
