Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop advanced Autodesk Civil 3D models and deliver civil/site design for roads, drainage, land development, utilities, and stabilization/restoration projects.
  • •Perform earthwork calculations, build existing-condition surfaces from LiDAR/DEMs/survey data, and manage coordinate systems, data transformations, and lifecycle data for survey/client datasets.
  • •Create and manage 3D federated models with Autodesk and Bentley tools, perform clash detection, and ensure LOD/COBie compliance.
  • •Develop and enforce BIM/CAD standards, run QA/QC reviews, and provide training, mentoring, and workflow guidance across Autodesk and Bentley platforms.
  • •Deliver client consulting and adoption support for ACC and Bentley iTwin, lead digital integrations and data-flow mapping, and create training materials and best-practice guides.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 8 years in the AEC industry with BIM/VDC or equivalent experience and/or education.
  • •12+ years of experience.
  • •Proficiency with industry design/construction software, including Autodesk Civil 3D and Bentley tools (BIM360/ACC, iTwin/ProjectWise, Navisworks, InfraWorks, Revit).
  • •Understanding of digital delivery workflows for infrastructure or building projects.
  • •Professional Engineer or Architect license.
