Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain for electro-mechanical assemblies, including Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T).
  • •Drive process improvements and operational excellence, including leading impactful Kaizen events.
  • •Partner with Product Quality Engineering to drive and support RCCA burndowns addressing key EW production issues.
  • •Collaborate with Design Engineering to provide DFx for smooth NPI transitions across early-to-late development phases.
  • •Develop process flows and write manufacturing documentation (work instructions, quality plans, inspection requirements) while working with contract manufacturers and technicians to prototype and scale production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
  • •Degree in a technical field preferred (engineering, math, or a hard science).
  • •Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment.
  • •Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware (e.g., machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly) via any means (projects a plus).
  • •Experience working with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter (PLM), or Oracle (ERP) or equivalents; experience with RF products that require system AI&T (assembly, integration, and test).
