Key Responsibilities

  • •Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using data from many equipment makes/models.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment/tools.
  • •Maintain complete, timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts, and when required travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance while keeping the service vehicle clean and professional.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed and follow OSHA requirements (preferred).

Key Requirements

  • •Own applicable tools for the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with extensive knowledge of construction equipment and working knowledge of schematics/diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service and teamwork skills with strong verbal and written communication.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle) and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; safety-sensitive role requires passing a 10 panel drug screen.
