Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute domain-driven data stewardship initiatives to consolidate, harmonize, and assess data; track progress, issues, risks, and mitigations.
  • •Capture data quality requirements; define and monitor DQ metrics and rules; design, build, and maintain data integration and transformation workflows; manage change control for DQ rule updates.
  • •Own data cataloging and metadata documentation in Informatica, ensuring clear definitions, classifications, tags, and alignment with domain ownership for transparency and findability.
  • •Establish and validate end-to-end data lineage, and coordinate technical cleansing with root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence; define and operate domain-aligned workflows with SLAs.
  • •Support governed data access and sharing, provide technical guidance during data product/use-case delivery, and contribute to data health dashboards and measurement of DQ metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in data quality, data stewardship, and data management in complex environments.
  • •Deep expertise in data quality methodologies, including DQ dimensions, KPIs, data health scoring, data profiling, rule authoring, cleansing, and SLA-driven workflows.
  • •Practical knowledge of data cataloging, metadata management, lineage, and working within regulatory environments such as GDPR and SOX.
  • •Advanced hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC, including CDQ, CDGC, Data Profiling, DI, DP, and Data Marketplace.
  • •Solid technical proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS), with strong stakeholder management and a continuous-improvement mindset.
