Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad) for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and other engineering disciplines.
  • •Perform clash detection, model coordination, and constructability reviews to identify and resolve conflicts early in the design and construction phases.
  • •Lead BIM coordination efforts for multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring the seamless integration of models and data across in-house and external design consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
  • •Generate accurate construction documentation, quantity takeoffs, and visualizations to support project bidding, procurement, and on-site execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience as a BIM specialist or Modeler in a construction or engineering environment.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in BIM coordination, with multidisciplinary experience on high rise projects.
  • •Proficiency in BIM authoring and coordination tools, including Revit (advanced level), Navisworks, and related plugins; familiarity with Dynamo or similar scripting for automation.
  • •Experience modeling multiple disciplines (e.g., architecture, structural, MEP) and familiarity with BIM workflows and clash detection.
