Cost Management Consultant responsible for overseeing cost planning, budgeting, and cash-flow alignment for a large multi-year real estate construction project. Based on-site in Latina four days a week, you’ll prepare budgets, coordinate pre-bid/pre-construction services, ensure funding compliance with client policies, and report bid responses with recommendations to optimize project cost outcomes.
