Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the delivery of land referencing, land access, landowner & stakeholder engagement, optioneering and statutory processes.
  • •Identify landowners, occupiers and interested parties through interpretation and research of land registry information.
  • •Liaise with landowners, land agents, legal representatives, planning authorities, stakeholders, contractors and clients.
  • •Work with multi-disciplinary teams to secure access to land for surveys, by agreement or statutory mechanisms.
  • •Contribute to the delivery of land referencing, land acquisition, land access, formal consents, statutory orders and landowner engagement across infrastructure sectors.

Key Requirements

  • •A keen interest in delivering land services for clients (land referencing, land access, stakeholder and landowner engagement) and willingness to work across infrastructure projects.
  • •Ability to identify landowners, occupiers and parties with an interest in land via interpretation and research of land registry information.
  • •Experience coordinating with landowners, land agents, legal representatives, planning authorities, stakeholders, contractors and clients.
  • •Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to secure access to land for surveys, whether by agreement or statutory mechanisms.
  • •Commercial awareness with understanding of budget, scope, change control and risk related to land acquisition and related processes.
