Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full operational support to the team, anticipating workload and supporting with appropriate materials.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information in Group systems.
  • •Liaise and work with other Corporate/CIB teams to develop the best possible customer and employee experience and outcomes.
  • •Adhere to HSBC policies, procedures and control requirements, raising concerns promptly and following reporting/escalation procedures.
  • •Take personal responsibility for performance expectations and complete mandatory training to build capability and competence needed for the role.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university.
  • •Experience in banking operations, particularly in Wholesale banking, credit or risk.
  • •Sound knowledge of trade services, treasury, and investment banking products, local regulations, and exposure to corporate banking.
  • •As per BRPD circular no. 02 dated 16 Jan 2025, any applicant from a bank or financial institution must pass the Banking Professional Exam (JAIBB & AIBB) to be appointed in a higher position at HSBC.
