Job Summary

Join a central 12-person team responsible for high-quality master data (customers, materials, vendors) across Carlsberg WE. You’ll govern master data structures in SAP, validate creation and changes via Service Now, collaborate with market SMEs, drive data communities, and deliver KPI dashboards to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Working mainly within Customer master data area and ensuring data integrity across SAP and related systems
•Validating and executing requests for creation and changes to Customer (and potentially Vendor/Material) masterdata that come through Service Now
•Cooperating with local market SMEs, service owners, and various functions within Carlsberg
•Driving and participating in master data communities and workgroups
•Ensuring the relevant master data object (Vendor, Material, or Customer) is compliant with policies and maintained accurately
