Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and domain specialists to understand requirements and build software solutions aligned to customer and organizational needs.
  • •Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software components, services, applications, and automation capabilities for business, data, and AI use cases.
  • •Create technical insights and proofs of concept while evaluating implementation alternatives and emerging technologies through practical experimentation.
  • •Apply robust software engineering practices across the SDLC, including code quality, TDD, unit tests, test automation, performance tests, and CI/CD with DevOps principles.
  • •Work across multiple projects and technologies, expanding technical knowledge and contributing to continuous quality improvements and technical discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields, with experience delivering software systems or applications end to end.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python, with collaborative development using GitLab and Jira, plus experience with software design principles, algorithms, APIs, and integration concepts.
  • •Hands-on experience with TDD, unit testing, test automation, performance testing, code-quality practices, and agile engineering methodologies including Extreme Programming (XP) and pair programming.
  • •Experience with DevOps and CI/CD for automated build, integration, and deployment using technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Apache Airflow.
  • •Ability to work on software solutions for AI/AI systems (including generative AI), with advanced English proficiency for working with global stakeholders.
