Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a national KPM strategy for key developers across Bangalore and Hyderabad.
  • •Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and other stakeholders.
  • •Identify strategic developer accounts and drive preferred vendor positioning.
  • •Generate and manage business opportunities across waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, roofing, repair, building finishes, and related solutions.
  • •Influence specifications at the design stage and manage the national project pipeline from concept to execution, including technical presentations and value engineering discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • •8–10 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
  • •Strong exposure to handling key developers and large project accounts at the regional level.
  • •Experience driving specification and project management (preferred).
  • •Strong network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India.
