Job Summary

Lead strategic engagement with key real estate developers across India (about 30 luxury-segment accounts), driving specification, approvals, and sustainable business growth through Key Project Management (KPM). Build long-term partnerships with developers and stakeholders, influence designs at early stages, and manage the national project pipeline from concept to execution. Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and value engineering while monitoring market and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a national KPM strategy for key developers across Bangalore and Hyderabad.
•Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and other stakeholders.
•Identify strategic developer accounts and drive preferred vendor positioning.
•Generate and manage business opportunities across waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, roofing, repair, building finishes, and related solutions.
•Influence specifications at the design stage and manage the national project pipeline from concept to execution, including technical presentations and value engineering discussions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
•8–10 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
•Strong exposure to handling key developers and large project accounts at the regional level.
•Experience driving specification and project management (preferred).
•Strong network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India.
