Job Summary

Own AI process improvements within the Source to Pay organization by building and launching Coupa AI agents and identifying opportunities to connect and optimize end-to-end procurement workflows. Partner with Coupa and internal stakeholders to configure Procurement/Sourcing modules (including CLMA), review release notes, and ensure E2E sanity checks with defect tracking. Collaborate on ticketing/support and mentor team members to deepen AI understanding.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the AI process improvement expert within the Source to Pay (S2P) organization.
•Align with Coupa’s roadmap for AI agents and collaborate with S2P cross-functional teams and the AI working group to enable AI functionality.
•Gather requirements for Source to Pay use cases to be built within Coupa Agent Studio and coordinate with the Coupa team.
•Configure Procurement/Sourcing modules (CLMA, Sourcing, Supplier Management) for implementations and continuous improvement projects.
•Lead E2E sanity checks and testing of new configurations, manage defect tracking, and collaborate with Coupa support to resolve issues/defects.

Key Requirements

•Graduate or post-graduate in any discipline with 5+ years of overall IT work experience, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
•5+ years of business knowledge in Procurement, Supplier Management, Contracts (CLMA), Sourcing, and Accounts Payable.
•3+ years implementing AI/Gen AI features and orchestration tools in widely used procurement applications.
•High familiarity with AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Gen AI concepts.
•Knowledge of internal eligibility constraints: not on corrective action or PIP, and for internal applicants completion of 24 months in current role/level.
