Lead the end-to-end delivery of data centre and colocation projects in Dublin, overseeing concept through commissioning. Drive governance across live and new-build environments to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end delivery of data centre and colocation projects, from initial concept and design through procurement, construction, and commissioning
•Direct multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver complex, mission-critical projects in line with programme, cost, and quality targets
•Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring clear communication and alignment with technical, operational, and commercial objectives
•Assume full accountability for project outcomes, including risk management, change control, and governance across all phases
•Manage contractor performance and site operations, including oversight of construction activities and commissioning within both live and new-build environments

Key Requirements

•Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
•In the process of pursuing Chartered status with SCSI / RICS / CIOB / RIBA / Engineers Ireland (EI)
•Affiliation with the Association for Project Management (APM) would be a benefit
•Experience delivering end-to-end data centre / mission-critical projects
•Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, risk, governance across all phases
