Job Summary

Design, build, execute, and troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA data migration loads for a large global S/4HANA transformation program. Own master data and open transactional data loading using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and related tools, including developing templates, transformations, and reconciliation. Support mock loads through production cutover and hypercare, resolve load errors, produce validation/reconciliation packs, and collaborate across functional, technical, testing, and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, execute, troubleshoot, reconcile, and support SAP S/4HANA data load activities for master data and open transactional data.
•Develop and maintain data load templates, staging structures, field mapping documents, transformation rules, and load procedures for SAP migration objects.
•Use SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and related migration tools, adjusting migration objects and mappings/rules to align with supported project tooling.
•Execute mock data loads and support validation, defect resolution, and re-load activities across SIT/UAT and cutover phases.
•Prepare reconciliation reports, reconciliation/validation packs, load runbooks and KT materials, and support cutover planning and hypercare stabilization.

Key Requirements

•5-9 years of SAP data migration or SAP data load development experience, including 3-5 years supporting SAP S/4HANA data migration activities.
•Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (Fiori-based migration apps) using supported loading approaches such as file/staging table-based loading and direct transfer.
•Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation/transformation program, including mock loads, cutover loads, reconciliation, and hypercare support.
•Strong knowledge of SAP master data and open transactional data objects across cross-functional domains (finance, procurement, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, HR).
•Ability to build and test transformation logic (field/value mapping, transformation rules, validation checks, and load error resolution) and support reconciliation and defect management through SIT/UAT/cutover/hypercare.
