Key Responsibilities

  • •Build Harvey’s government affairs and public policy function, including strategy, engagement framework, and stakeholder relationships.
  • •Own the policy relationship landscape by leading direct engagements with policymakers, regulators, bar associations, judicial and legislative bodies.
  • •Develop and maintain Harvey’s policy narrative in partnership with CSO, senior legal leadership, and communications.
  • •Serve as a strategic bridge between external policy developments and product/go-to-market teams, surfacing compliance and policy implications.
  • •Hire and lead a growing team of regional government affairs managers and set up stakeholder tracking, regulatory monitoring, and policy calendar processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 260,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Progressive depth in public policy, government affairs, or regulatory work, including senior roles or advisory experience.
  • •Policy-first orientation focused on educating policymakers rather than lobbying.
  • •Proven ability to build a function from a standing start or lead significant expansion within an organization.
  • •Deep, trusted relationships with senior government, regulatory, and institutional stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Substantive familiarity with the legal industry, judiciary, or regulatory environment around legal services and AI (J.D. strongly preferred).
