Job Summary

Handle incoming calls and customer orders, then schedule and dispatch daily deliveries to meet demand while maintaining safety and efficiency. Provide high-touch customer service, negotiate delivery times, and ensure accurate recording of delivery and product information. You’ll also manage cash handling for COD sales, operate scale weighing for aggregate trucks, and coordinate with drivers, loader, and batch plant teams using radio communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Take incoming calls, receive orders, and address customer issues as they arise.
•Schedule, dispatch, and control the appropriate level of drivers to satisfy customer demand.
•Provide customer service to internal and external customers and negotiate delivery times.
•Operate a scale weighing aggregate trucks and ensure accurate recording of delivery and product information.
•Perform cash handling for COD sales and gravel tickets, including balancing and maintaining the cash box.
