Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, Repair & Optimize Production Print Devices: perform maintenance and repairs on Inkjet/Toner production printers, ensuring devices run smoothly and are up-to-date with software bulletins.
  • •Work on Major Installations and Projects: contribute to large installations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure success and high standards.
  • •Proactive Customer Engagement: deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships and provide training on product usage and maintenance.
  • •Drive Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for performance improvement and resolve issues independently, documenting activities per Canon guidelines.
  • •Provide training to customers on product usage, maintenance, and advanced applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience servicing Toner, Inkjet or Wide Format production printers, or equivalent
  • •Proficiency in printer operation, maintenance and troubleshooting

  • •Strong communication and analytical skills; able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high standards on installations and customer engagement
