Job Summary

Lead and manage hands-on QA testing for Digital & Transaction Processing workstreams supporting Merchant Acquisition and payment processing programs. Own test planning, design, execution, and closure across multiple applications and Scrum teams, define test strategy, and ensure QA stage gates and best practices. Manage and mentor distributed permanent and supplier testers, coordinate test environments, triage defects, and report key quality metrics and trends to drive delivery success.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, deploy, and manage testing efforts for multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
•Define and execute overall test strategy, coordinating with project leads across multiple applications.
•Manage and mentor a distributed team of permanent and supplier test resources.
•Support multiple Scrum teams with estimation, planning, and testing strategy for Fiserv projects and programs.
•Manage QA phases end-to-end (test planning, design, execution, and closure), including defect triage, test pack updates, test environment coordination, and reporting quality metrics/trends.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 60,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15-18 years of experience.
•Domain expertise in Cards and Payments, including Merchant Acquiring.
•Fluent in Italian and English.
•Proven track record in defect management.
•Thorough knowledge of structured test methods and delivery processes (waterfall and agile), including manual and automated testing with automation framework definition.
