Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, deploy, and manage testing efforts for multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
  • •Define and execute overall test strategy, coordinating with project leads across multiple applications.
  • •Manage and mentor a distributed team of permanent and supplier test resources.
  • •Support multiple Scrum teams with estimation, planning, and testing strategy for Fiserv projects and programs.
  • •Manage QA phases end-to-end (test planning, design, execution, and closure), including defect triage, test pack updates, test environment coordination, and reporting quality metrics/trends.
