Greeter/Host, South Coast Plaza

Greet customers as they enter and leave the boutique, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the right merchandise or team member. Serve as the host by providing extraordinary service with warmth, composure, and helpfulness. Maintain daily appointment and event calendars, coordinate appointment arrivals with departments, and handle phone scheduling requests and conflicts—all while keeping the client experience flowing smoothly.
